Quality policy


BLEX, a.s. is engaged in a production activity focusing on metal coating of products which include both a wire program for household consumer goods and products for automotive industry and other production sections. We are one of the largest producers in the Czech Republic in this field.

1) CUSTOMER RELATION

We are a strongly customer-oriented company. The aim of our activities is always 100% meeting of customer’s demands in the realization of production and provision of services and product protection, both expressed and implied, focusing on the quality of product supply. We provide our services in as high quality and as fast as possible to a complete satisfaction of our customers.

2) COMPANY RELATION AND FACT-BASED APPROACH

We undertake to provide all the abovementioned processes in conformity with the currently effective health, hygienic, safety and environmental conditions stipulated in the currently valid legislature of the Czech Republic/EU. The company management undertakes to plan, realise and assess all activities and processes on the basis of data collection and analysis.

3) EMPLOYEE RELATION

Each of our employees is convinced about the significance of quality for our company’s prosperity and knows their responsibility and position in the quality management system. High-quality and responsible work of each employee is a guarantee of company success. Our employees are the bearers of our company’s efficiency and remain so thanks to comprehensive training in, continuous education and management support.

4) SUPPLIER RELATION


All our suppliers are able to supply material and services strictly up to our requirements and specifications. In order to ensure the highest possible quality, we choose only reliable and high-quality suppliers – therefore we assess the suppliers, select them and cooperate closely with them in order to fulfil both our expectations and those of our clients, including our quality policy.

5) SYSTEM AND PROCESS APPROACH

The company management undertakes to regularly inspect the functioning of the system. All inputs and outputs of the processes are measured, monitored and analysed in order to ensure the quality of the following processes. The company also ensures the required support for the ensuring of functioning of all processes, their measuring, monitoring and analysis so that the planned results and continuous improvement are achieved.

6) CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

By this approved and declared quality policy we undertake to continuously improve the established system, changes in the organization and management are aimed at improvement of the quality of company production. We understand that quality improvement is a continuous and systematic process.
The abovementioned facts only document our purposeful development with the aim of being able to provide the best services to our business partners

7) CERTIFICATES

Our products are constantly tested for quality and hygienic harmlessness which we prove by means of certificates and test protocols which are freely available upon request. We can prove quality control of galvanic nickel and tin plating with a CSN EN ISO 9001/2009 certificate.
